What is your refund policy?
To obtain a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on where to return the unwanted product. Items need to be in their original form and Packaging. We will refund your payment as soon as we receive your merchandise. Shipping charges are non- refundable.
I received an incorrect item in my order
We strive to fulfill our orders with great accuracy. However, mistakes can happen. Please contact us, within 7 days of receiving your order and we will ship out the right item immediately along with a prepaid label for the incorrect item.
What do I do with damaged products and missing products?
We handle damaged and missing product claims on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for missing packages or damaged items resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You can make changes to your order or cancel it at no cost as long as your order has not been processed. Please contact us immediately.
Do you offer coupons and/or discount codes?
We do! By signing up to our newsletter you will be informed of promotions and sales. Liking us on Facebook and/or following us on Twitter are also great ways of receiving promotional coupons.
